There is a wide range of settings that an Admin can set for an event. To ensure these match previous events, there the option to copy the settings from another event.
For most settings, the Admin decides what the setting should be, and also whether the end-user will be allowed to change that setting. For example for a setting like "No Sound or vibration upon Punching" would normally be set to Off (so that sound and vibration occurs). But it would OK to allow users to turn this ON themselves. However for a setting like "Punch Tolerance", this would normally not be allowed to be changed by an end-user, as it could make the event unfair.
If in doubt leave the settings at their default settings.
